This is a very organized facility. I have always been treated as a valued customer. The massage therapist finds exactly the right areas and pressure to provide a therapeutic and relaxing timer.

I was quite pleased with my service. I was pleased with the ambiance. I was pleased with my experience.

My therapist really made me feel at home . She did a real good job.

Have used hand and stone for quite a few years now and while I did not go much due to Covid have always found it a good experience. Staff turnover seems high. This time I asked if staff self test for Covid and was told they do not. With a SPA service such as this I would say routine staff Covid self tests should be done for the safety of all concerned. I kept my membership going through Covid and now find I need help to use up the saved up sessions. While the massages themselves are good, I would like to feel the front office staff are more understanding and could offer options for me to get appointments more than once per month as well as hold my membership longer to catch up. I also don’t feel in the long term I can handle the higher monthly fee.

Great customer service experience with every staff member that I come in contact with. Donmell is the most consistent massage therapist that I have had since coming to Hand and Stone. Donmell always has great vibes, very knowledgeable and an awesome masseuse.

It was my first professional massage and I throughly enjoyed it. It was a Father’s Day gift. In the future if I want another massage I will come here.

My booking was "last minute" and they were able to work me in. My massage therapist did a good job working on the area that was causing me pain.
