The massage was horrible! I have been a member for a few years and have never had that bad of an experience. It felt like sh was just rubbing my skin and not massaging my muscles. Even when I asked her to apply more pressure she did, but then went back to the way she was massaging me in the beginning.

Jordan gave me the best facial I have ever had at this location. She was knowledgeable, talked with me about an upgraded service, which I opted for. My skin was glowing when I left. I plan to book with Jordan again soon.
