Hand and Stone has obviously gone to great lengths to keep us and their staff safe and healthy during their reopening and ongoing coronavirus issues. The massage was wonderful.

It felt great. My massage therapist really listened and helped me with problem areas. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was very nice!

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have special needs because of my Parkinson's disease and the therapist took her time to help me.

I absolutely love Aly and all services at Hand and Stone. However, I do not believe masks are needed to walk in and out of the facility. If a customer wants a mask wear one and if not they shouldn't be required. If people are that afraid of COVID then they shouldn't leave their houses. My esthetician shouldn't be required to wear a mask if the customer doesn't mind her not wearing one. The masks are getting out of hand and numbers are continuing to decrease. Therefore, it should be an option rather than a requirement.

The person giving me my facial was very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer questions and focus on the things I most needed.

Since my first visit the customer service has been above average and it continues to be the same. They go out of their way to accommodate me as I move with disabilities.

Overall i was satisfied on how they are taking all the precautions and the cleanliness. I physically saw the cleaning lady remove all the sheets and clean rooms so i was very comfortable knowing the great lengths they are going to protect customers.
