therapist and staff are great - they remember my preferences and adapt when needed.

I did not have to wait long in the waiting room I was taken right away. The massage room was clean and my therapist was very cordial and respect my privacy. It was a great massage.

My massage therapist, Maria, was excellent!!! The first time I went to Hand & Stone, I was fortunate enough to have her as my massage therapist. She asked if I had specific needs and made sure that she met them. She has also been very honest with me in assessing my needs in subsequent visits. We have developed a great relationship and I trust her! I always feel better after my visit!! :)

Aron was excellent! Great massage and hand and Foot treatment. I especially appreciated assistance of Store Manager at end of visit for helping me derive additional value from my membership plan.

I wish I knew how to spell her name, it started with a J. But she did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and explaining prior to the massage what was going to happen/what she was going to do. Not that I had any concern about it, but the red button especially during these days is an excellent idea and made me even more comfortable! It was my first time doing CBD oil, and I feel extra relaxed even the next day out. No soreness, and i feel way less tense. J*** provided the perfect amount of pressure during the massage, and she checked in with me without me having to ask, if I was comfortable with the amount of pressure. No complaints here, keeping the client in the loop makes this kind of experience more comfortable for him/her. i would come back for sure, and even request J.

My massage therapist went out of her way to make sure she attacked all points. She showed great concern upon asking me my troubled spots and even suggested to go to a salt stone from a hot stone for the negative ions in the muscles.

I am happy with my therapist. I feel she listens carefully when I tell her about any problem areas. I have become very trusting of her ability to help me feel better.
