this was my first massage in a long time! I came in with upper back/neck pain and discomfort. The massage therapist worked mostly on these areas and I felt much better after! I will definitely be returning.

I have been with H&S for a long time. I'm always welcomed in a friendly way from the front dest gals including the manager. My therapist goes above & beyond to make sure I am comfortable & relaxed. He always asked if there is a certain area that is bothering me & always follows up with me on my next appointment to see how I am doing from the last appointment w/ the area of my left shoulder.My therapist knows I don't want a hot towel after unless i request it. The only thing I found disturbing is the cost of the CBD Oil in which I spoke directly w/ the owner regarding my feelings. When I was intruded to it i was told $20. Since I normally do a 80min somehow the cost went to $30 w/o notice until my appointment. Thats $10 per 30min. If this stayed that way I would need to give it up since I also do mini stones also. I asked if we can do a mini CBD for 1hr @$20. I was told he'd speak to his lead about it, but he didn't see any reason why that could not be done. I felt better about it at the $20. I get that its very costly but maybe the spa can measure the oil amounts for a 50min and then for an 80min. Other than that I am satisfied with all services. Thank you for the survey!

Friendly staff, all areas were very clean and modern. My massage was amazing, the room was very cozy and relaxing. I came out feeling like a million bucks! I also loved the CBD oil. Will for sure add on to my next massage.

I enjoy my massages with Myra. She knows my tense spots very well as I've been with her for quite a while. I always feel relaxed when she is finished with me. Can't believe how fast the time goes!!!
