I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. The music was relaxing. My esthetician was very upbeat and pleasant & addressed my needs.

My massage therapist is very knowledgeable and even talks me through some of the work she’s doing on my muscles. I exercise regularly so my muscles are pretty tense and Dameka can tell exactly which ones are and works on them for a while.

As soon as I walked in I felt more relaxed from the ambience. Anna is very good at listening to what was wrong and working on that area. I always feel better when I leave!

This was my first visit and was happy with the whole experience. It was a nice waiting area. My massage therapist was friendly and listened to my needs. She did a good job, gave me suggestions on what I could do at home. If I return, I would ask for the same masseuse.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. They seem to enjoy their jobs and value their clients.

I walked in hunched over due to the fact that I threw my back out that morning. Brad worked with me to make sure he concentrated on the specific area That needed attention . The next day I woke up with no pain and could walk normal again. Thank you Brad for all your help!

I haven't had a bad experience at Hand & Stone. It is always clean when I walk in and I feel total relaxation set in as I go to the room. I actually anticipate going every month now (because I have a membership) for a facial or massage because it is one hour completely to myself. Every employee I've encountered has been nice and has answered any questions I've asked.
