Everyone was very pleasant. They all try to help u. The facial was great.

Staff made me feel comfortable and the esthetician explained very well the procedure and help me with all my questios. She was very helpful.

I am always satisfied with my massage. My massage therapist is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and if she does not have an immediate answer for my question, she does the research and gives me the answer during my next visit. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the people at Hand and Stone and I will continue to recommend their services to anyone I can. I will continue to have my massages every other week for as long as I can afford it.

Reception was good, massage therapist was great. But it seemed like she used gloves on my feet. Is this something new? Wondering the reasons/benefits.

It has been 5 months since my last massage. I had surgery and couldn't come on a regular basis.My therapist asked me if everything went well and if I was doing well. She also kept asking how the pressure was on my problem areas. Maggie did everything to make this a very relaxing and pleasurable experience. I will ask for Maggie again.
