Therapist was on time, very friendly, and efficient. She asked me what I expected and/or wanted from that session and focused on that. She was very polite and professional. She applied enough pressure for relaxing but not enough to cause pain; deep tissue massage was great. She did advise techniques I can use and adapt to assist with back pain I was having. Today, the next day, I am feeling sore but it is good and what I expected. I was not aware on how much tension, stress, and muscle tightness I had on my back until the massage started and now afterwards. It was great. I will be going back to her for the next deep tissue.
