I booked last minute and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Zuri, the woman who preformed my facial treatments was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling well taken care of and excited to care for my skin.

I always feel very welcomed as soon as I walk in the reception area and am asked if I would like water or tea. Asked if I would be interested in upgrades, front desk are always knowledgeable. My massage therapist Nicole is always so kind, and does an amazing job each time. I will continue to return because of the friendly staff and the atmosphere there.

The personal is so nice and they are always looking for the best time and days that works for better for my appointments. Rooms are great! And i love the peaceful music

I booked a facial immediately followed by a massage without any problem and received a confirmation email prior to my appointment. In addition to my facial body wrap, I was offered a robe and a bag so I could carry my clothing and accessories to the massage room after my facial which I used and appreciated having. I also appreciated the thought given to these details. The esthetician discussed my skin type, skin care, prior facial experiences and concerns, then recommended various options based on this conversation and my desired results - anti-aging, de-stress, and deeply cleanse.

Upon arrival, I was treated by the receptionists and offered water and tea while I waited for my esthetician. This was my first facial, and my esthetician addressed my concerns, provided a calming experience, and explained each step of the process. I left feeling relaxed and glowing.

I value the professionalism of the team. I know that when I leave I will always feel better. The therapists are very skilled. I trust them to put the right amount of pressure on my aches and pains.
