On one visit one of the specialists told me that I paid low gratuity and mentioned that they are not paid well and the income is made up by gratuity. Thanks foer a relaxing massage!! The gratuity rates are quite high in my opinion, 15-25%. one third of the price of my service!!

My esthetician is very professional and courteous as well as the receptionist. I feel very welcomed there! I love the way my skin feels after my facial.

As always, everyone is extremely nice and normal people. The massage was perfect. The place is clean, relaxing, and I couldn't ask for much more.

Brad is terrific he pays attention to the areas you ask him for. He asks questions. He gives enough pressure. At times it is hard to make an appointment . I will go to Brad again. What a great massage therapist the rooms are nice and the ambience good

The staff always calls me by my first name when I first arrive, always very friendly asks about my ill family member I love the fact they show they care more about me and I never ever have waited more than 5 minutes. My esthetician is the most awesome knowledgeable caring lady. Love how I feel so fresh calm and relaxed when I leave

The receptionists are friendly and attentive, so checking in and out is quick and easy. I always enjoy looking around the waiting area and if I'm early enough, enjoying a cup of tea or glass of water. I have never had a disappointing experience, either facial or massage, at this location.

Always friendly service; was able to make a same day appointment and therapist- Donna- was excellent. Great location too.
