The massage therapist I work with is always kind, respectful, compassionate, and very patient. The therapist goes above and beyond to make sure the room is always set the way I am most comfortable, from the lighting to the temperature of the bed and including the amount of oil I prefer used. The owner takes the time to speak with customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied with the services they received. The one issue I am dissatisfied with is H&S website. It has taken and continues to take way to long getting it fully up and operational to clients. This is of No fault to the Therapist, Store Owner or Receptionist. This is a Corporate problem. We know we can always call to book our service and check points. However, Corporate really needs to pull it together and soon! Funny how you ask for us to survey on everything and everyone at the Spa, But you never ask us to survey and review the Hand and Stone website you created that backfired on you. Think about that.

Our receptionist is always upbeat and congenial! Tea or water is always offered, immediately! Jordan is prompt in receiving me and courteous and friendly in escorting me to the massage room. His massage given is “like Heaven on Earth”, and I cannot wait to visit, again. Thank you, for an extraordinary overall experience!

I’ve had Jenny as my massage therapist for a few sessions now. I’ve tried other therapist as she gets booked out pretty fast, and I wasn’t as satisfied. Jenny really pays attention to what my body needs and really work to relieve my muscle problems. She’s extremely knowledgeable and will continue to book appts with her. The receptionist are great and extremely approachable!!

Have seen Slavica twice now for facial. Both times I enjoyed my experience. She’s very knowledgeable about facials and process. Will be returning in th future as long as she’s avaliable at this location.

The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to make me feel special. My therapist Maggie was very thorough with the massage. At times my work leaves me with aches and pains, especially my feet. After leaving, it felt like I was walking on air.

Marilyn was knowledgeable in helping with the back pain I was having. This was the first massage where I was able to get off the table without pain. She even gave me exercises to do in between sessions. She is a gem!
