It was an Excellent message. I hadn't had one in a year because of a problem I had with another chain and ended my relationship with them. I will be back very satisfied

I was a little early for my appointment and the therapist let me into the room early to change. She was also very good. Very relaxing.

She is really conscientious and always teaches me something about massage techniques. I have had more than 3 visits with her. I will repeat.

I have been a member for at least 6 months. The most I enjoyed is the warmth and sincerity of the owner. He truly wants you to feel welcomed. For front desk people it is a job. Yesterday I had the massage and as I entered the massage area the smell of oil was overwhelming. The room was also smelling. At time you get a smell from the head rest when you are face down.

I always receive the best massages at Hand & Stone. I’ve had quite a few there now and are always satisfied. I just wish I would have tried the hot stone sooner!!

Experience from beginning to end has always been excellent at the Elmhurst location. Every staff member has been friendly, knowledgeable and willing to resolve any problems. All massages I have had have been excellent. The hot stone and Himalayan salt stone enhancements have been both relaxing and therapeutic.

Antonio was very accommodating when I mentioned specific achy areas the needed extra work. I especially liked the Himalayan Mini Stone massage. I also liked the fact that he didn't talk to make conversation as I prefer the quietness which makes the whole massage experience that much more enjoyable.

I came into Hand and Stone after an extremely stressful event. I came away from Hand and Stone feeling like a whole new relaxed person! I truely felt like I was given extra special attention from my enesthtician to help get me to a calm place. She is truely a gem of a person. Everyone there always treat me like they have known me forever. I love leaving that place with such confidence after my facials!
