This was my first time getting a facial. I redeemed my points and was glad i treated myself. I was very happy with how the aesthetician addressed my concerns.

I used to have a membership, but had to cancel do to financial reasons. But I had received a gift card from a current member and was very excited to use it. This location has always been very clean and polite, with only one issue regarding scheduling last year. So I was more than excited for my appointment the other day. My appointment with Melanie was amazing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and really helped relieve my chronic neck and back pain. I hope that one day I'll be able to afford my membership again, but until then, I cant wait for my next giftcard.

I love Sophie - she’s a professional and VERY GOOD at her craft. The rooms are always clean and the music is nice. I also like the consistency provided.

The aesthetician that I had the last time I was there is the reason I keep my membership. She was on maternity leave, I am so happy she has returned. I am considering signing up my daughter for a membership to see her as well. Whoever answers the phones to make appointments, they need more training. It’s painful ever time I have to call

The massage therapist was excellent. I had also scheduled a facial for an earlier time and when I came for my appointment, I was told that my facial was not on the schedule. I know that I scheduled both services at the same time in person. I know it was not the fault of the receptionist on duty, but she could have been more apologetic to the situation. This was at 12:30 pm on 7/11. This was a major inconvenience and I returned for my massage at 6:45 pm the same day.

I've had a membership for about 6 years. I have enjoyed my massages and appreciate all the staff. They are all friendly from the women who check you in to the all the therapists I've used.

Love my message therapist. She is great at what she does! Looking forward to next month's message already!

Angela makes me feel comfortable when sharing my skin concerns. She also respects the fact that I want her to wear PPE during the service. She's great!
