Rosa does a great job. Relaxing atmosphere. I wish extra charges were mentioned - like collagen treatment. Didn't realize there was an extra charge.

Firstly I love when I first come and check in and the front reception ask if I would like tea or water, I think that's great appreciation for their clients. Secondly I always ask to continue my appointments with Nicole, She knows exactly what I like and I love everything about my massage, she is exceptional, knows what she's doing and is so very kind. Lastly I love this time of the month when I go, It's something for me to look foward to and take some time for me and relax. I've already purchased gift cards for my friends and family and have recommended to others that it is a great spot for any relaxation or facials they may need. Thank you!

Therapist was personal and friendly. She focused on my area of concern. She also gave me pointers after the massage about drinking water and possible soreness.

Every employee I have encountered during the 4 months I have been a regular has been just as sweet as the next. I had the opportunity to meet the owner once and it is clear that he hires people like himself. I absolutely adore Jenny, my therapist, and she is amazing as a therapist. My fibromyalgia is so much better since I have become a client of this Hand and Stone, and whereas I used to get migraines once or twice a week I have had just ONE in the entire 4 months. It doesn't get better than that - finding this spa literally changed my life.

Daniella does a great job! The walks are a little thin and I find it hard to relax when you can hear people in another room

My lymphedema swelling is greatly reduced each time I get a massage. I can move and breathe easier and the pain of the swelling is much more tolerable. I would come more if I could afford it. You have a member for life.

The room was very clean. I also enjoy the temperature of the room and the table. I was able to relax with ease and release all of my stress.

This was my second massage at your facility. This second time was much better then the first. The massage was the best one I have had yet.
