I have been a member since around March of this year. The receptionist knows my name and I always feel welcome when I enter. I never have to wait long at all. I have been very satisfied with all the services I've received (massages and facial). My appointments are over too soon! Wish they would last longer!

Reception area can be a bit awkward. I understand walk-ins are taken or people come in just for information, but the welcome can be confusing since I come in with an appointment and I'm not asked "Do you have an appointment?" and then for my name. It's often something like, "How can I help you?," which I understand works for customers who do not have an appointment but is odd for those who do. You're expecting someone and I may not be the person, but I likely am.

April is an excellent massage therapist. She is the only massage therapist who has met and exceeded my expectations. I will continue to patronize Hand and Stone as long as she is available.
