I love Jenny, my massage therapist. She has extensive knowledge of anatomy and musculature, so if I'm having issues, she knows where to concentrate. All my experiences with Hand & Stone have been great.

The entire staff is simply amazing - every single person I have dealt with from receptionists, to estheticians to massage therapists has been so wonderful, exceptionally friendly, and downright sweet. I could not say enough good things about your staff and the services they provide. I have fibromyalgia, and I wish there was a discounted price for people who have consistent appointments (I come in every other Thursday). Yes, you get points, but it takes a while to build up. I am on disability due to my illness, and therefore a fixed income, and it would really benefit me greatly if I could come in every week. I wish there was a program for people in my shoes - even if it was a small discount anything would help. But that said, I absolutely LOVE your spa.

I love my massage therapist Nicole. She is amazing! But I don't like how the point system is going to change in November and also how after the six months my monthly price will go up by an entra $10 I don't know if I'll continue membership at that time
