Staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is very convent and clean. You do not feel pressured into buying any products. My facial was amazing and the therapist gave really good advice.

Massage and staff were great, and so was the special pricing. That being said, I would like to sign up for the membership, but it's too much. It would be nice if there was flexibility in membership options. For example, I would sign up for a membership that had a massage every other month for $50, so a total of $300 for the year.

Overall it was a great experience. I have never felt more relaxed and I feel like my skin looks great and only improve with time. I would definitely recommend this to others.

This is the first time I had a facial and a massage. I was very satisfied with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Very professional as well. I joined the membership and have booked appts for the month of May and June. I Am glad I ran into third business at our Health and Fair at our school event!

Each month I treat myself to a facial. It feels wonderful and has improved my skin greatly. Even my physician asked me what I was doing. My color and skin looks so much better. Rossa is wonderful. She is gentle and knows just how to glide her hands over my face. I felt so relaxed I didn't want to leave. The staff is so friendly and personal. Hand & Stone is a great place to be.
