Massage therapist made no effort in telling me her schedule or availability. I might have tried her again. But now I will try someone else. Almost like no closure or future follow up.

The aesthetician was great, but I did not like the hard sell tactics of the front office staff. I also did not like being forced to give a rating as soon as I began the check out process and before I even had a chance to think about it. Thirdly, having to use a separate system to leave a tip which does not print a receipt is a lousy way to handle the situation. It left a bad impression and I was annoyed at what would have been a very positive experience. I was potentially interested in buying the sunscreen but had to ask for the price which was outrageous, and the box they gave me was an expired product.

I didn’t get called in until 4:35. Didn’t start me until 4:45. My appt was done by 5:25. Not a full hour service.

The cost of the upgrades to my appointment were not communicated to me at all. When I went to check out I was surprised that I had multiple upgrades and how expensive it would be. I did not realize that it wasn’t a single upgrade and that the cost would be quite higher than normal.

The facial was great. The woman doing the facial was very friendly. My only complaint is that I was told when booking that I would have a neck and upper back massage. I never had this. I would have Maria for a facial again, she was very good. Perhaps she was not informed about the massage.
