Stephanie greeted me by name when I entered the spa. She was friendly and helpful as I checked in. As I was waiting, Jada also stopped by to greet me. As always, Ewa is an amazing massage therapist. She always asks what specific needs I have beforehand, and always asks if what she is doing is helpful, at the right pressure, etc. Ewa is thoughtful and kind---she is the best!!!

Angela is amazing! She is highly knowledgeable with different facial care products and treatments. My skin always looks and feels so good after seeing her.

Ewa is great and so is Steve. The app let me move a 90 minute booking which caused a double booking, but Jada did a great job resolving the issue. I really appreciated her help as I greatly needed the extra time as I was feeling really uncomfortable that day. However I am really not happy with the reward changes - not notifying members about the change ahead of time was kinda crappy. My family had enough points for 3 free massages and now are nowhere close.
