So many of the clinicians have left this Elmhurst location which is disappointing and speaks to the management. Please try to keep your employees. The ones who left were excellent. I may leave my membership and my daughter's for this reason. There is obviously something wrong with the way this location is being run for so many good employees to leave.

My message therapist is great. Very unhappy with making future appointments due to lack of availability. This problem seems to get worse each time when booking, In years past, never had the problem.

I loved my aesthetician Maria, she made my skin glow and made me feel very happy with my results on the other hand the front desk made me feel pressured to buy product and to rebook it was very rude how he was pressuring me into these things not everyone wants to rebook and that’s okay and he wouldn’t take no for an answer I actually had to turn my back and walk out, also he asked me if I left a tip 3 times like did he want a tip too for standing there? It was very weird but my aesthetician was perfect and I would return only for her and her knowledge

After new ownership, massage therapists left and appointment availability became difficult as I now have to book 2 months out to get my massage therapist. Also they were not allowing us to use points for a massage because "too many people were doing so". I was able to redeem points for a hot stone upgrade, however. I also don't like that my calls to my spa go to a central call center.

Receptionist pushing upleveling/enhancing services (only started happening after was bought out). Also my app is somehow not connected to my account and it’s been attempted to fix twice but still is not connected and therefore can’t book through the app.

I feel like the receptionist and massage therapist are always trying to upsell products and services. Once I have given a response of 'no thanks' to any additional services or promotions it should end there. At times I felt hassled to buy more.

My therapist was new to me and talked a lot. I prefer a quiet time. I went to a new location as I am no longer working full time and I thought when I called using my cell phone that it connected me to a location closer to my home. Instead it connected me to a location that was 20 minutes away. I will try the location closer to my home - but I still miss my therapist in Rolling Meadows!

I was satisfied with my visit. I don't know that there was a level of care/general interest that would make me feel like any of these questions warranted a highly satisfied rating other than the time that Rosa took to understand my skin concerns
