When I had cancellation and I was sick and I had no choice to call in the morning of they charge me $39 for the cancellation +75 never got back to $39. I canceled my stuff every month so I received $75 but not the 39 very disappointment.

Overall, the turnover with therapists and estheticians is off putting. I enjoyed my therapists and estheticians before. I do like Raquel but she's busy. If there were more therapists like her and more readily available, I'd like that as well. Plus your website limits the massage options and times. I prefer not interacting with your front desk to make appointments.

Appointment availability specifically for massages

They had a bogo deal going on. Outside the sign says buy one get one free and inside they said it’s buy two get one free.

The massage was good, it wasn't exceptional to rate it highly satisfactory.

Booking appointments is very difficult. Often schedule is booked over 6 weeks out, have been a member for at least 5 years and it was never like this

After massage I hurt afterwards

Not very relaxing when you are always getting a sales pitch.

The massage itself was great however the reception area wasn’t. The chairs are old and ripped and it’s dusty. The reception area is very loud and crowded.

When I called to book my prenatal massage appointment, the soonest I could get in with a massage therapist that could do prenatal massage was 6 weeks later. I had hoped to get in much sooner.
