There seems to have been a change in management. The receptionists used to be friendlier. I do not appreciate having to use tippy which requires a convenience fee to leave a tip instead of my credit card.

Overall I’m happy although I’ve gone through several massage therapists since a lot of them leave. For me the bimonthly is important to me and losing that will make me most likely discontinue

Would like aromatherapy diffuser in the room. Do not get enough sent from just putting it on a towel.

Myra was the best. No one compares. The therapist did not massage my feet or hands very well. She just used a gust. Was weird.

The reception area is very bright and the chairs are very uncomfortable. The price keeps going up, you would think long time customers would be grandfathered in to a specific price. The amount of massage therapists leaving tells a story of how they are treated by management.

The new tipping system charges a fee. Which is additional increased costs. Some of the services are very expensive. Offer additional discounts on services

I thought I told Haley spot is so painful from slide off a bed which was accident 2 years ago. So painful need pressure massage to break up the knot. Had pressure massage for 18 months then Advanced Wellness River Closed I guess. Only machine mid May. So I need frquwnt help till knot is gone. Felt good Friday Sept 1 but so much in pain spot all over again.
