Emails, texts, phone calls as a reminder of appointment is very annoying. Choose one and contact me once prior. Getting a time that works within 30 days is nearly impossible. I have had a therapist cancel on me twice in the last month. I have cancelled my membership due to these reasons. Also, being told after I cancelled that my points were no longer good is very bad business. I stuck with Hand and Stone during the pandemic and now I get screwed out of points that I earned.

My appointment before last was cancelled a few days earlier and I could not get another appointment for 2 weeks

I just have such a hard time finding appointments that fit my schedule. I also struggle with the cost for upgrades at this location, especially knowing that other locations charge less for the same services. I just hope it's going toward employee benefits or livable wages or something like that.

It’s getting harder and harder to book appointments. When I arrived the receptionist was very helpful and courteous. When I was checking out, a different receptionist could not effectively help me schedule a new appointment. It was difficult, rushed and not really what I wanted. I will call back to cancel that appointment and make a new one…

My wife gave me gift cards for a massage there. My understanding was that it was for $140. The massage(first time) was $79. I booked another massage assuming it would be $79, but was told that was the member price. Now I have $70 credit and unsure of how to use it. Not really interested in a membership and the credit would only cover 1/2 a massage. Ideas?

Some of our favorite therapists didn't seem to like new management and left. There are fewer qualified therapists now available at our convenient times.

I think Hand and Stone provides very good service. I have had a membership for at least 4 years and have had very good therapist the whole time. The only comment is it would be better if there was less turnover of therapists.

I was not satisfied with the fact that in order for me to book another massage I had to become a member. I cannot afford $80. a month but I would like to have the option of coming in when I can and I was told I had to be a member and that I could not just schedule a random massage.

Upcharging $25 for a deep tissue massage is ridiculous and I should have been infinitely rmed by the front desk when appointment was made.

Great service I think the value of the work could improve meaning pricing for members could be better with add on services.
