It feels very much an assembly line mentality. While the therapist attempts individualizing my care, the opening and closing of the visit is :robotic". The people are courteous but do not attempt to establish even a superficial relationship with customers on succesive visits.

One time I guess the person on the phone didn't save my appointment so I ended up going there and should've known I didn't get a text to confirm but any who went there and no appointment the only other problem is trying to get a hold of someone over there I called for two days sometimes to cancel appointment even leave a message and no one calls back and then I get someone telling me that they're busy OK

Mostly I am, but the recent changes in hours and increase in prices without any real benefit worries me about the future of this location. We lost a GREAT manager and I worry we will lose great therapists due to changes in hours and benefits.

All new faces at reception. Couldn’t clearly answer my question about using additional package for services ordered for me and my guest, whom I was treating to massage. When I checked out, I was told original info was incorrect and I couldn’t use the additional package toward upgrades for both my guest and me.

Dirty floor. Nadine’s therapist, again, was not the quality we’d expect. And under new management, the store isn’t the same anymore without Jim’s presence and attention to the customer.

Paying the amount of money for 50 minutes is not appropriate. The service should be 60 minutes and not include any other time.

Because I was charged 80$ extra for something called cupping, I’m sorry that’s way to much and I probably won’t renew membership after December
