I was satisfied … I’m use to more facial massage from other spas

I was highly satisfied. I thought my treatment was a little pricy. I am having an issue with my skin but hopefully the products I purchased will help.

Rooms should be more found proof, you can hear entire conversation and laughing of toom next door making it very difficult to relax. My massage with Anthony is always fantastic!

I was satisfied with the massage. I did not ask for deep tissue this past massage and did not know that is what I was receiving which then I incurred an additional charge. I would prefer to know up front during the massage that if it was considered deep tissue per therapist recommendation it be told to me before or during the massage. I then was not sure what my actual fee was including the extra half hour. I also had points turned into dollars as well as $5 off. The receptionist applied the points without asking and then I showed her the $5 off. Still not sure if it was taken off the bill.

Actual massage experience was excellent. There is unfortunately deceptive pricing posted for Tips. Tip % posted is based on Retail Pricing (which isn’t posted) and NOT on what the customer actually paid for his/her service.

I do not like the extra push that they try to do for the memberships. I get it, but if someone is not set for it or wants it... each time they come just gets annoying and awkward. I understand they probably make commission on them, but it would be nice if this place didn't end up like Massage Envy or Heavenly Massage. Keep the stress down and the ambiance, even just hearing it constantly to anyone coming to the front desk is annoying.

I'm satisfied. I don't LOVE Hand & Stone, but I like it enough right now to continue to go.

Service person did not wear a mask as I requested.

I found the price to be higher than other competitors in the area. I would be more likely to become a member if I hadn’t had a negative experience with being a member at the same location previously.
