The increasing price is cause for concern. My job requires me to be in tip top shape and I require regular massages but there is a mismatch there with my availability and cost.

Online booking is a nightmare. I scheduled a massage a month in advance and then called to confirm it (which the receptionist did). When I did not get a reminder by the day of the appointment, I called the store and was told I did not have one. I had to find a new date and time. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I have not been reached out to about this, just told “oh sorry our system is poor”. This needs to be improved to keep customers.

The woman that did my facial did a good job on the facial but she was very clearly pushing sales. I was having a facial to improve my skin and relax but I’m not interested in having that done every three weeks. I also don’t need to be told what she wants me doing for my skin care routine. With inflation at 9% I have no plans to add to my monthly costs on a regular basis. This was a treat for me and they shouldn’t assume everyone wants a monthly facial.

Start of appointment was about 5 min late. The available times are not good considering I booked weeks ahead of time. The cost is expensive considering you need to tip also, basically $90 for 50 min.

I tried a new massage the hot stone pink Himalayan salt. I’m use to a deep tissue massage. So I’m use to more pressure being applied in a massage.

I feel they waste to much time getting into the room to start the massage.
