I have been highly satisfied with my facials and massages. The Chiro appointments I have had did not work for me. The clinician was good- the service did not work despite my following the suggestions given re: diet and water intake. I'm sorry I wasted the money on those.

I had a new therapist this time. She was fine, but not as good as the one I usually see. She did the job, but it’s hard to consistently get highly satisfying services - it’s just the nature of the business.

The music plays on a loop. After a few visits it’s very monotonous. Play a longer loop at least! Or more variety.

Would have liked the hot stones used more on my back and neck. Possibly left on one area while another was being massaged.

Just wished deep tissue massage was a listed option. Could have really used more pressure on knots.

I don’t understand why the appointments are not 60 minutes. 50 min is not long enough for facial or massage. H&S advertise hour long treatments which is very deceiving for the consumer.

The monthly membership has increased in the last year or so. Services are the same for that increase. Many of the up grades have increased ie CBD upgrade went from $20 to $30.

I think it would be nice to have an eye mask to place over your eyes during the massage. It Wouk also be nice if the oil/lotion used was warm. And a 60 minute massage should be 60 minutes of massage time. My massage therapist was absolutely lovely, respectful and talented.
