Passed masseuse that I feel comfortable with are no longer there. Pricing is okay but. used to be better, need better monthly deals.

The website has errors when trying to book online. There's some days that the site does not allow me to login and some days I can. And I've used multiple web browsers.

It was a little noisy, employees laughing in the next room? and the CBD oil went up from 20.00 to 30.00.. that's what a bottle would cost.

The message was good. I just Couldn’t understand why the therapist did not do the upper thighs. The biggest muscles I’ve got it was ignored. I thought I was short changed

The esthetician I wanted to schedule with only comes in once a week. The front desk person must of been new. It took longer than I anticipated to be signed up monthly. I was called after I left to tell me they forgot to have me sign other forms...I was running late so I could not go back.

The reception area could use some light music in the background. Other than that the massage was great! I will Be back!

My previous massage my therapist was given a tool that helped with a specific area on my back. This time she was told they could no longer use this tool. I was a bit upset about that as I found it to be very useful. Then, the massage itself felt a bit rushed? and a full body massage just isn't what it should be for the price. Maybe that is on me for not being more specific on what I truly need but something was off. So I am no as as happy as I was the first time. Also, the room smelled like onions.

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist and massage. I also appreciate how clean your therapy rooms, waiting area and bathrooms are. My only complaint was how long I had to wait to check out.
