The staff was very friendly and quick to welcome me and provide me with any necessary paperwork needed prior to appointment. The reception area is clean and inviting. Esthecian was welcoming and made me comfortable, ambiance is perfect — very relaxing. She suggested what could / would improve skin appearance, but did not press me to have procedures done. I appreciate and prefer folks that to not pressure me. Thank you

On time experience, therapist was very good, well balanced massage.

There is no such thing as a bad massage, just that some massages are better than others. This H&S is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
