Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

The pressure could have be more and more time could have been spent on trouble areas.

I appreciated the information my therapist gave me about my specific problem areas - frozen shoulder - and felt like it was more of an instructional massage. However, I wasn’t able to really relax like I usually do during a message because there was so much communication . It was still very good and she gave me some good recommendations.

Therapist is very pleasant with a calm demeanor, and she is still developing expertise. She seems to have a natural sense of how to address problem areas and her technique is good and effective. I think with more experience and continuing professional development, her technique could rise to the highest level.

The Massage Therapists I have seen have been top notch. Both Marilyn and Sophie are awesome. Very attentive, good communication skills and highly affective. It is the clerical staff that I have the issues with. Very inconsistent and not responsive from the appt makers to the Managers. The assistant manager was helpful when I was finally able to get ahold of her. It is just disappointing since the services are great.

Again at checkout the receptionist over looked me standing in line and took people walking in

The place was beautiful and the front staff was great. My massage therapist was friendly enough, but didn’t overly impress me. Nothing to complain about.

As a personal trainer who is used to deep tissue massages, foam rolling, theragun, normatec therapy, etc. I made therapist aware that I could handle the pressure. I felt like there was still a barrier, understandable but I assured them that I needed the deep tissue cupping. Nothing light.

It seems as if what was advertised made me choose 2 facials to recover the cost for what was done being done for "free." Not sure that I really received a deal. Robin was also a little sarcastic and I had to bring an extraction to her attention. If I return, I would like someone else to complete my facial.
