I wanted to place a hold on my account. I currently have 7 massages available. The hold used to be free but now it’s $10/month. I will use up my massages and cancel my membership.

It is unanimous by all therapists, trainers, teachers, spouse that most of my muscles are very tight, which is due to daily athletic activity and general state of my body. I am seeking a therapist with deeper tissue massage expertise who successfully achieves relief of my tight muscles. It is helpful if the person has a generally calm, pleasant demeanor and a bonus if s/he makes an appropriately professional connection via a bit of dialogue. I have had 2 longer-term preferred therapists in the last several years, but both have left the business. I have been most recently seeking my 3rd longer-term therapist at H&S.

The massage was very short and there was not enough attention to lower body and feet. I paid extra for foot massage and felt like only 5 minutes were spent on them. I would recommend being on time because hands on time felt like 40 min tops.

I think it should be no problem scheduling a 90 minute appointment and it seems as if Hand & Stone doesn't want customers to have that option any more.

The therapist was nice, but didn’t reduce the pressure throughout the session. He did foe a bit, but then it wasn’t comfortable. It’s partially my fault too. I should have spoken up more than once.

It was a wonderful experience and I am so happy I got to try the hot stone massage. It took me a few phone calls to reach the receptionist to book the massage and the email about upgrade to a hot stone massage using my reward points was not very clear that it was not the full price of the hot stone massage. Experience was still good

When you enter it is not a relaxing environment. Waiting room was completely full with people checking in and out. I feel it's about how much is made then overall experience. This is my daughters 4th facial and she said its the first time she had shouldres and arms messaged. Do not understand why she is having a different experience then the ones I have had.

My massage therapist is not vaccinated, and her vaccination status makes me uncomfortable. She also mentioned that she contracted Covid 19 in December, and per her timeline, she would have been working as a massage therapist for H&S during this time. I would have preferred to know my massage therapist's vaccination status prior to booking. I had been uneasy about getting a massage during this entire pandemic, and this experience confirmed my fears that perhaps some services are best to go without until the pandemic is a bit more managed.
