I had an upgrade to a peppermint scalp massage and it was very short and not thorough. I have had this service before and it was not up to par with prior experiences. Then I was charged for the service after I showed the coupon for the free upgrade.

Cost seemed high compared to other places of similar quality. I appreciate how friendly everyone was. The esthetician seemed very knowledgeable and happy to explain. The front desk was very thorough and friendly.

The visit was fine. But I had to wait for the first time in between visits. I wasn’t made aware of the situation until I checked in for my first service. Although, it was only 15 minutes. It would have been nice to know this when my appointment was booked, or at the very least before my arrival.

I'm still concerned about covid so I don't go out as much as before. I do enjoy the services. But $70 a month plus tip per service is expensive for retirees.

Therapist is very skilled for the short amount of time she has been practicing. She has much potential to become highly skilled with more experience and training.

The facial was a little too aggressive at some points. I did share my discomfort. But I don’t know that it was received.

I have experienced some issues. I've spoken to the manager (Erika) regarding them. She is a very easy person to speak to and makes me feel comfortable to speak to her. She is very kind and compassionate. She is working on the issue with the website for online booking that I continue to have. Also, a few other things that I was disturbed with. As far as my membership the increases in pricing could be limiting my time. I understand that things go up such as rent, et. But I had hoped they would have at least doubled our points or something like that. Instead we were offered a one time use for an upgrade, which was nice but double points would have been nice. Also I was offered gift cards for the Christmas in July offer. I wanted to purchase 4, was told only 2 can be bought per corporate. I think you should change that policy. Over all, I am very happy with my therapist and with Erika who continues to do a good job managing.
