The service and place was great. The aesthetician was really great but I didn’t like how I was asked to upgrade while on the table getting a service. I think that’s a question that needs to be asked before and not during. It puts people on the spot to pay for upgrades while they are in a relaxed state and will usually agree. In addition, I felt like I was being sold to by the receptionist. I understand that it’s part of their role, but it felt like I was being pushed into purchasing things that I didn’t want after repeatedly saying no. There was a promotion at the time and I know she was trying to help and get me a deal, but when someone says no they should take the answer for what it is. It makes the client uncomfortable and makes me second guess coming again. I really enjoyed the service, but I don’t want to worry about paying more than what I signed up for because everyone at the place is trying to sell me something.

I gave her a specific area to focus on and she did not give that area enough attention. In addition , it seemed like she rushed through the massage. Finally, I don't feel like she did enough to make me feel comfortable.

I have been a very happy customer. M y experiences at H&S are always very pleasant. The website can sometimes be a bit confusing and tedious when trying to book online and it would be nice to be able to log into an account and see upcoming appointment details and what massage therapists I have had in the past so I can re-book with them.

This was my first massage in a very long time so do not have a strong baseline on how good it could be. My therapist was nice but was a little awkward in describing the experience and in conversation. Not a big deal as I really enjoyed my massage, just more of a personality issue. Very minor for sure.

The space did not feel very warm and inviting. My therapist was very experienced and friendly - I would go back to them again! But, based on their technique, they did not seem well trained in using decompression therapy.

It’s nothing the store or the employees did. I’ve been to very luxurious massage and spas and I compare my visits to that. Also being my first time ever going to a head and stone, it’s new to me, takes me a while to really relax in my surroundings.

I received three different answers for the salt rock massage. All good but everyone should be on the same page.

The purpose of my visit was primarily to dissipate some of the tension much of which was caused while I served in the navy. Covid has affected many lives and mine was.one included my position was removed ... income from position no longer at my disposal brought me to a series of extracurricular expenses I was forced to remove. Bringing this to the attention of the staff and then again with the owner of the store I received massages at ... the response was rather callous... i told the woman that I had lost my job ... and she didn't seem to care if one extra payment would put me into financial strain. Because of this unprofessional response I will no longer be using the services at that location or really any other ... it bothered me a lot. It would have been nice if you guys had some kind of plan for those effected by this pandemic.

Some employees in the waiting area were not properly wearing masks. One may have fallen below the employee's nose by accident. Another employee had their mask around their chin and walked past patrons with their mask off. Everything was great except for this occurrence.

I believe it was my fault for not asking for more pressure. She did ask but I wanted to try. I felt like my shoulders needed more. Next time I will ask for more pressure.
