I was very satisfied with my experience and my therapist. I do feel that $100 for 50 minutes is rather steep, so that's the reason I said I was dissatisfied with the 'value for the cost'.

Esthetician did not complete full facial since I was a few minutes late. There was no appointmemt after me though, so, it would’ve been nice if they spent a few extra minutes completing the full facial.

I was just disappointed with the availability of using the lavender oil. I think paying $10 for a couple drops on a cotton ball is not worth it but the manager in front desk made sure to give me a discount which I found helpful.

I was satisfied with my overall experience/visit. I just wasn't WOWed for a rating of highly satisfied. I have nothing else to share.

Therapist seemed new. She didn’t seem as skilled as other therapists. I didn’t feel like she knew the areas to release the muscle as well as other therapists I’ve used here. Also, she pressed down on bone at times rather than muscle

I loved my experience. I wish that I had more information on what she was using during the facial. I also wish the prices were a little bit lower, and I would come more regularly. It was very relaxing and my skin felt great. As a grad student, I just can’t afford this service

Let me start by saying my massage therapist was excellent. She did a phenomenal job. Only issue was that Ineas told I could upgrade (hot stones) with no out of pocket, but upon checkout Inwas charged $20. Something about needing 9000 points and I only had 8000 apparently.

Two things I noted during this visit: 1) The in-take forms needed prior to the visit were confusing and the page about pregnancy made you choose all 4 options, even if you were male or if you were not pregnant. 2) While waiting in the lobby there were faint sounds of ambiance music, but this mainly covered by people talking in an office around the corner. They discussed items costing too much and chatted in length about canceling something. I arrived early to my appointment to make sure my intake forms were correct, so I waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes. The wait was fine because I was early but I was not relaxed in the lobby area.
