My face didn't feel as moisturized and soft as I expected. It still felt dry.

Usually upon getting massage and or facial (I had both done here) I am offered add ons or told what They think would benefit me to add on. This was not offered with either. Mainly in reference to the facial. I also asked their opinion for my skin and the care it needed it was very general. not very informative. Still was very relaxing though, nice personality and products used smelled great.

My therapist was 20 minutes late to the appointment. However, the massage was excellent! And it wasn't until check-out that I was informed deep tissue is now an extra $10, when that is the only massage I've gotten in over a year.

The pricing structure is not apparent making it difficult to plan for another trip. I enjoyed the services but now find myself trying to figure out the next step.

I was satisfied with the services but did not feel it was extraordinary. The experience was average I have had better experiences at other spas.

Tablet was dirty full of finger prints/ Manager was sitting in a chair marked off for social dist. to talk to friends. Waiting room had 9 people in it. That is not social distance. The 2 girls up front were busy.

I think it was a very good massage. I do not think it was the best massage I have ever had in my life. I do this it was an average massage that helped relieve some of my pain, but not all. My therapist was good but not great.

Its not that I wasn't highly satisfied, its more that I didn't really look at the cleanliness of the reception area and of the massage room. The table look very clean, and the massage therapist looked very presentable. I am mainly there for pain relief not judging things I usually do not pay close attention.
