The room was very loud and the masseuse was very talkative, she had great suggestions but I would prefer to hear them after my appointment.

Nothing special about products used. Do not like waiting in car, there is plenty of room in lobby for at least 2 guests to wait and maintain social distance. Spoke to other member who received email for free massage due to membership during virus, but i did not receive . No real frequent reach out to members during shutdown.

When I called to schedule my appointment, Yolanda was rude on the phone. She seems to have an attitude, she was unsure with a few of the questions i had for her, felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone, she wasn't to friendly. I called the day of my service and Yolanda answered the phone. I was hoping for a different experience then I had with her the first time I spoke with her but again it was the same. Very unfriendly, rude, and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for calling there. When I showed up for my massage yesterday everything was great. I was greeted by friendly, smiling faces who seemed to be happy they were at work. Sam and a lady was working. After my massage they made sure I had a great experience and booked my next massage. Sam is also so friendly, nice, and sweet. I wish all the workers were as nice as him. You are very lucky to have such a great guy working for your company.

The room was cold, heater on table was not on and room was too lit up. I also thought that I was getting a 60 min. Massage, but got a 30 min. Massage. I shouldn’t had to pay full membership price for that.

It was a good experience and the therapist was good, something would have to be truly exceptional for me to give a highly satisfied. I can give you an example, I went into a Hair Salon / Barber Shop recently, they asked me if I wanted an expresso or water before I started, they then put a hot towel on my face with some nicely smelling fragrance for a period of time. They took time cutting my hair and when it was done gave me a facial massage again with some nice smelling product. They then asked if I would like another hot towel to relax a bit before I left. All of this was included in a reasonable price for the haircut and the key here, I was not expecting it. It went above and beyond. What I got from you was something I was expecting, nothing more nothing less and to me that's "satisfied"

I'm using gift cards that were given to me, but once there done I don't know if I'll be back. I've been here twice now and had the same massage therapist each time, I felt relaxed during and immediately afterwards but the next day I was sore in spots this happened both times I've had massages before and this didn't happen. The therapist though was extremely nice and professional it just might have been a wrong fit, or something I didn't communicate. I will try a different therapist next time and see how it goes.

There have been a few times when my massage therapist cut my time short. For instance this last time I was brought back at 5:00 and the clock showed 5:50 when she was out of the room. I could not have been massaged for 50 minutes because we had a short consultation and I changed after 5:00. This is not the first time I have not gotten a massage for the full 50 minutes.

Uncomfortable hearing frequent discussions with customers to join as members. Was worried they would pressure me

I expected more extraction. I still had noticeable blackheads when I got home. I don’t really see any difference in my skin.
