The whole experience was highly satisfying making me feel welcome... and recommendations on what kind of facial I would need .

The price of a facial is not advertised. It is a surprise when you check out. The $99 is way too expensive. I had a facial before at this site for $59. They said I had to "join the club" for the $59. This is a marketing ploy. Very deceiving.

I know some other message groups will do full hour and half hour and they charge less. Plus you raised prices for an 80 min massage when you can sometimes get a 120 for the same price. :(

She did a nice job but I’d like to have more focus on my back. However, when I did give her the feedback I had a knot in my back, she did focus on it. She was incredibly polite but did feel at times there was a bit of an up sell.

Everyone was friendly but you can tell it wasn’t genuine.

I expected more results from the microdermabrasion.

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist. She always makes me feel welcome, asks what I would like to focus on, and check-in throughout. The check-in/out process was little disappointing because during my last few visits there were a lot of new people who were left alone at the desk while their manager was in the back, and they could not answer questions. For example, the spin to win was not consistently offered to all members.

I did a couples massage and everyone was rather quiet. I think romantic music would have made a difference. For couples maybe candles in the room.
