1st time visit. everything was fine. I just have nothing to compare it to. So, after my next visit I'll be in a better position to rank.

When calling to make an appointment the receptionist could not meet my needs. She did not offer an alternate time for couples massage.

Loved the friendly disposition of the staff and the overall ambiance of the spa. My esthetician was not only accommodating, but informative about everything she did to/put on my skin. My only complaint is that I'm not sure if the pore cleaning treatment I received worked as I hoped it would. Mind you, my skin was bright and glowing when I walked out, but my facial texture remained and still remains the same compared to before I received treatment. Maybe i'll just try something new next time.

My two favorite therapists don't have enough availability for my schedule.

I felt like the massage was too short, and my area of concern was rushed. It was very relaxing, and I liked the new oil. I wish my area of concern had more attention because that is the reason I started my membership.

Massage was less than 50 minutes. Therapist entered the room late and still ended the massage at 549pm

My experience overall was good. I didn’t necessarily notice a difference in my skin after my treatment which was a little disappointing but I recognize it may take a few treatments.

Great first experience with deep compression massage and Anthony was great/welcoming/professional.

My husband and I are moving 45 miles away in 3 weeks. Once I turned down for the offer of your membership package, the receptionist became rather cool. Not rude or unprofessional, but cool and rushed the remaining conversation.

The place is clean and people are very helpful answering all questions , I can try always something new ,and the products are very good quality ,for every problem you have.
