It's ok just to be satisfied. I don't think every rating needs a highly satisfied to be a successful appointment.

My massage was very good, but the facial was not the best. I felt the esthetician just lathered up my face with a large amount of product, and then would wipe it off and lather it again and repeat. I walked away feeling greasy. It did not help my dry skin. I felt like my skin in the same as I went in. It also did not take the full 50 minutes.

The product I wanted to purchase was not in stock, but I needed it that day for blemishes. I offered to pay in advance for the product if they could give me a sample. The owner seemed very puzzled and unwilling to do this, although my esthetician was comfortable doing so. I ended up leaving and buying the product elsewhere. Giving samples of products is a very common practice and I was quite surprised that hand and stone was unwilling.

I was satisfied with my experience. I do not have any complaints. I enjoyed the services.

Suggestions: 1. Why cant there ever just be the option for ocean noise. It is not relaxing to me to listen to music with random noises and I dont want it silent. Waves/or waves with birds etc are calming. 2. Suggestion when laying on back-it would be nice if it was common practice to place an eye cover on customer. 3. Allowing customers to sniff peppermint oil prior to massage aides in nose getting stuffy while lying with face in face cradle. Thanks

She used her forearm and elbow for 90% of the massage. It doesn't come close to matching what fingers and hands can do. Glossed over feet, legs, arms and skipped hands. Just eh.

Myrah is great but other than Myrah, I haven’t found a therapist that I really enjoy. Most of my therapists (not Myrah) talk during our session and i feel bad not talking back, so i talk back, although this makes for an unpleasant experience and isn’t relaxing. Time is also a challenge. The only therapist that i enjoy works during the week so it’s challenging to fit into my work schedule.

Overall, everything was fine! The only part of the experience that wasn't in line with the rest of it was that there was a young man at reception who just seemed to maybe be a little newer perhaps, and his "bedside manner", if you will, was just a little abrasive. That said, though his manner was a little jarring, he did make every effort to be very nice, and he asked multiple times how our massages were.. I think he really was trying his best to do his job well, to the best of his abilities.

Inconsistent service e.g. one esthetician could do the same facial in different ways (duration, shoulder massage, etc)

The brightness of the room during the massage. Lots of talking throughout the building.
