I really enjoyed everything but it just wasn't a hugely satisfied exoerience.

I expected a bit more massage during the times when the esthetician was not directly working on me. In other salons they massage hands arms and feet.

My masseur was great! He really knew the spots that needed the most work; I didn't even have to tell him. Really pleasant and engaging. Will be seeing him again in a month for another massage!

Some spa's also will give a hand massage or arm and put moisturizing lotions on you which feels wonderful.

I had some left over residue on my face after my facial. Other than that my experience was great.

I was satisfied with my hand & stone experience. The only thing that would have made this better is if my first original appointment I made was not messed up by the person who scheduled my appointment. It was taken care of though and I have had no other issues.

I just think the price is very high. Considering I had about 40 minutes of massage time, and the price was $60. I don't like paying more than I make for any service.

I’ve had facials at other spas and there has always been a mini massage during the service, usually during the mask portion. There was no massage and instead I just lay there when the mask was sitting

The visit went well. I plan to return but I do feel it is expensive. By the time I pay the cost of the facial plus the collagen upgrade that I prefer for my skin plus the reasonable tip I'm close to $100. That is expensive for a monthly facial. After a number of visits it would be nice for members to get a free or at least half priced service.

I only said that I was not highly satisfied because I wish there was a package that you did not have to pay for every month. I would love a package that is every other month as this is difficult to fit into my budget.
