I feel like my massages and facials usually end short. I usually begin 5-6 minutes after my appointment time, and after consulting the LMT or esthetician, changing, receiving the service and getting changed again (probably an accumulative 10 minutes off the table) I still end up leaving my appointment with 10 minutes to spare. This has happened almost every time I've come, and I have never seen the same LMT or esthetician twice.

I was overall satisfied with the service and I had a good experience. I hope that the service will work better for me and get the results of younger looking skin.

My therapist, while being very pleasant and communicative, seemed a little hurried in her approach so this wasn't among the better sessions at this location. It wasn't a bad experience at all, just was not the quality overall I've experienced here in many previous visits.

I felt my facial was rushed in my intake form I said I had sensitive skin and my esthetician used a pumpkin enzyme. Other then that it was a nice facial. Hopefully next time it won’t be rushed

I am highly satisfied with the therapist. Always makes me feel comfortable and knows the amount of pressure I like and the amount of oil I like. This time I was offered to try try the CBD Oil. Not knowing anything about the product I had questions, the therapist took the time and answered all my questions satisfactory. I loved the warming effect it had on my skin. I rate the therapist very highly and is always wonderful.

The experience was fine, the staff was friendly. I saw your spa as a spin off of Message Envy & the experience I had with their monthly fee schedule threw me off, also the only other thing I thought I was getting both a facial & a massage for 99 instead it was 120, over all I was satisfied.

Pretty much since this location opened, all of the receptionists will greet you with "Hi" or "Welcome" and then they look at you and don't say anything. It's awkward. "How may I help you?" "What can I do for you?" "Are you scheduled today?" "Do you have an appointment or are you a walk-in?" Any of these follow-up questions would be better than the customer having to guide the conversation, especially when they have an appointment and that's likely the reason they are there.

I live in Kansas. I have been here twice and the 2nd time was amazing! Very relaxing and the therapist was very professional. The first one I got talked the entire time. I go there to relax not small talk.

Satisfied with everything overall. Many of the factors being rated are those that Customers would expect to be Satisfactory (cleanliness, wait time, pressure, scheduling). Not sure what would justify a Highly Satisfied ranking.
