This experience was wonderful but the experience is inconsistent, a couple others were not. Two others talked the entire time. One pinched instead of massaged. A short post-survey should be part of every visit. Thank you for asking.

It was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. I thought they would spend a little longer on my feet. Overall satisfied.

In regards to facials the technology is not at all competitive with what is out there. The product line is not free of toxic chemicals. I also feel like there should be massage during all down time in a facial. I am highly satisfied with my massage therapist but every other one I have tried was very sub par.

There was $20 on my gift card for a tip....I didn't know this. The receptionist watched me fill out the tip envelope with my name, my therapist, my daughter's name, the therapist for my daughter. In addition, I inquired about the price point of the service. She explained that I was charge $59 but the usual amount is $99 and that I should tip on that amount. (OK! Thanks for telling me how much to tip) I handed her the two envelopes, both with a $20 inside...she still didn't mention I had a very generous gift giver that included the tip on the card. I looked down and saw both my gift card and my daughter's gift card. Both had a post it with $20 on it. I assumed that was the amount left on the card. (Some places do not allow the tip to be included on the gift card.) I was excited because I thought I had $20 towards another service. I asked about the gift cards and was told there is a zero balance on each card. Then I asked about the gift card and she said that was the tip. THEN she handed me back the two envelopes and said Oh, so you don't need to tip. It's already on the card. Pretty obnoxious to tell me HOW to tip when there was already a tip on the card. BRAD WAS AWESOME. THE BEST

Over all, I physically feel better with my massage appointment. I arrived 10-15 minutes earlier as suggested when booking. I also paid ahead of time to save time afterwards... it was strange because I was asked to tip on a service I did not even recieve yet. We then started my appointment 5-10 minutes late without an explanation. The massage was fine, the woman was a little aggressive and I was not able to relax my mind as much as I prefer to to de-stress. Not the pressure, that was perfect as we discussed, her body motions we're rough and she had a cough that was intrusive for a "zen" atmosphere. She wouldn't warn you when making an adjustment, just grab and move your arm or tug at your blanket. When stretching my neck, I actually thought I was going to have whip-lash from the quick movement forward towards my chest. Over all it was an okay experience, but I've had better therapists.

My facial did not go the entire 50 minutes and she was rougher than I'm used to.

The therapist was very good. She did not spend as much time on the areas that I was having the most problems. When this was pointed out to her by me she said we were out of time and to come back again and book a longer session. My therapist again was very good and I will ask for her on a return visit. I just wish she would have spent more time on my areas of need.
