I love Nicky and she really listens and addresses areas of concern.

Hand and Stone is so helpful - whether I book online or in-person, it is done with absolute ease. The offering of massage therapists of ranging pressures is super nice and the availability is always great! I used to use Massage Envy when I lived downtown so I tried seeing if they could get me in the Elmhurst location and there was never any availability!! I am glad this turned me to Hand and Stone - Sophie is such a kind and caring massage therapist. Will continue to come back!

I am extremely happy with my esthetician because I always get a good thorough cleaning when she does my facial. She is very nice and pleasant and I was enjoy seeing her. She knows exactly what my skin needs and always does an amazing job. Unfortunately, she only works 1-2 days and is always booked in advanced.

I've said it for the past 2+ years, Sophie is outstanding and the reason I have kept my membership. Also, in the past two? months it appears the scheduling issues have been resolved now that Natalie is there.

Steve is very professional and does a wonderful job of helping you relax. He does a massage unlike any other I have had. I was at first leary of a man masseuse but am extremely satisified.
