I have knots in my back. Some of the therapists are successful in relieving them, but others irritate them and leave me with more pain than I came in with. Unfortunately, Nikki was one of those who irritated them. I was in so much pain the night after my massage, I could barely sleep.

I have always gotten deep tissue massages and this time I tried a Swedish massage, I prefer the more intense pressure

This is the third massage I have had with the therapist and everytime my appointment has started late. It’s very dissatisfying especially when I’m paying for a membership monthly for an hour massage.

Highly satisfied is for exceptional service and while I liked my facial it wasn’t “exceptional”.

I liked my massage but the table was super hot- it did cool down but I was kind of sweaty. My therapist was good but not super experienced. I complained about water retension in my legs - she did address the back of my legs but not really the front. I will be back but a different therapist next time

I am having trouble finding a person to keep going to.... seems like Hand and Stone has a hard time keeping their massage therapists. I have tried to reschedule with two different people and both have quit. Seems easier to follow them to their new place then keep trying new people at Hand and Stone.

I didn't enjoy the Christmas decor. Some plants or flowers would be nice. Maybe some soft music in reception or the rooms would add to the experience.
