During the facial there were 2 times that the staff had to wait for the product to dry/sit for several minutes. During that time I felt that she should have massaged my shoulders and scalp especially since I had mentioned I wanted my shoulders massaged.

I am always very satisfied with my experience at Hand & Stone. I always go to Jenny for my massage. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, professional and has a very healing positive attitude. I always look forward to coming in for my massage with her.

Dameka is amazing and I'm sorry to see her go. I switched from Mayra to her when Mayra's schedule changed and my appointment for 6/3 had to be rescheduled to a week earlier to see Dameka before she leaves. Unfortunately, Mayra's schedule doesn't match up with mine very well, so I'l probably have to continue with someone else. I did try Jenny before and was satisfied, so I'll give her a try going forward.

I took my mom for a facial for mother's day. I had also asked for an add on of a foot massage, figuring the facial would be an hour and then another 15 minute foot massage on top of that hour. They did the foot massage during the hour. So instead of getting my neck massaged as part of a normal facial they did my foot massage and they forgot to do my mom's foot massage which is really not that big of a deal and they did give me my money back. This was our first time there - not sure I'd go back and pay the full price for these services. I would definitely not do any add ons unless they are truly added on to the time of the main service!

I am not sure of the 1 hour time does this include changing before and after and when adding an extra would the time increase

I will be back. Some of your people are Awesome. This last visit just wasn’t my favorite. She was very nice- just not my favorite massage (very light). I didn’t stop her and tell her that I needed more pressure so I take some blame. Next time I will book with someone different.

Brad was great - just maybe a little wound up. His concern for my satisfaction almost hindered my ability to relax. He was very good! Just a little high strung.

The availability of services at the times I need was unsatisfactory. The receptionist kept putting me on hold because she did not know how to book appointments or time needed for the service. They were not accommodating to all the services I needed together I have to return different days instead of doing them all in one day.
