I was highly satisfied. Not convenient location for me.

Upon arrival I filled out my form as a first time customer. When I went in, the lady told me I was late and could not get microdermabrasion performed. She stated I should have told her before and should have come on time. I thought that was a bit abrasive. I also had not a clue about the products available, since it was my first facial ever. I felt there could have been a more polite way to say the services were currently unavailable.

My appointment did not begin on time, and it was more than 5 minutes past the time before anyone addressed me about the wait. This hasn’t been my experience before.

Do feel like the cost of a facial and microdermabrasion is a little steep. Would be more comfortable with an $70 or $80 or so cost. It cost me $100

Esthetician has a cold and was constantly sniffling, sneezing and coughing. She would wash her hands but as she was bending over me to do the facial she was constantly sniffling and breathing on me. It did not feel sanitary in any way and I found it took away from the facial because I was worried about getting sick the entire time. Plus the time it took her to blow her nose and wash her hands ruined the atmosphere of the facial. If someone in that field is sick they shouldn’t come into work, very unsanitary and overall is what ruined the facial for me.

The therapist asked me three times to upgrade to hot stone even going as far as asking me if I would have a sample. I felt like I had to accept. I did not enjoy it and asked her to stop. My problem started when the receptionist told me my appt had been cancelled (which I had not) and then I was given a different therapist than I had first wanted. This visit is extremely atypical of my previous visits which have been all wonderful

My only complaint was that the therapist was coughing and even though she was turning towards the wall and not coughing into her hands, something about a person who was potentially sick touching my skin all over was a bit disconcerting. Maybe people who are sick should not be doing massages?

I was highly satisfied with the therapist, and the appointment, but just satisfied with accommodations. No shower, or relaxing room after the massage. Had to go next door La fitness to take a shower. But over all satisfied

There was no massaging of my feet. Not sure if this is not done here, or if the therapist forgot. I also paid extra for the peppermint scalp massage. I assumed that it would be in addition to my 50 minutr massage. Instead, it was part of my massage.

I pay $59.95 for my membership MONTHLY and I do not agree with me losing out on money because I decided to get a waxing service for that particular month. The waxing only costs $45, and it's not fair the I either have to apply my membership to the waxing and lose basically $15, or pay even more out of pocket for that month. Also, the new points reward system makes you spend even more money to enjoy the perks of becoming a member. Too many changes, not enough value!
