The massages aren’t as good as others I have received at other establishments.

The reception area was not terribly inviting. I don't appreciate a big push to buy the products. I go to relax and be pampered, not to shop for skincare products.

Satisfied is a good rating.

I would of liked a locker room or a locked cabinette to place all of my belongings. Instead I was given a bag and had to carry my stuff around from room to room.

I just felt that the esthetician was a little bit pushy in having the Blue led light therapy as a stand alone instead of what I want as combined with my facial.

I was satisfied and I would recommend and come back. Even though I address a specific area that I would like the therapist to focus on it seem like I still got a regular amazing massage with no extra attention to my spesified location

I was highly satisfied in general with HNS but a suggestion i have would be for message therapists to adjust tables prior to the client coming to the room. I had 2 massages where the table was being moved while i was on the table because there was not ample room between the wall and table. It was not as relaxing an experience and took longer for me to loosen up.

I got my eyebrows done waxed and was left with bumps and slight burns above my eyebrows. The ethestician did not offer me any cream or oitment after the wax even when I mentioned that my eyebrows were very sensitive.

I felt like a good portion of my facial was spent trying to sell me products. Once it was over I was shown about 5 things to buy when I'm lucky to afford 1.
