Hand and Stone

Please reiterate to your staff the importance of not carrying on a conversation during the massage. It's not relaxing when the therapist try's to carry on a convo or talks about how well my knots are being worked out during the massage- I am referencing tamika. She also seemed like she was in a big rush with the massage. Not sure if it's because I had several knots but overall that's not relaxing. Very nice not professional in that regards.

I felt that the girl who did my facial talked too much and was too pushy about purchasing products.

My first two massages with Hand & Stone were fantastic. My third visit was good and I do think my therapist is great at her job however it was actually painful. She could see me grimacing in pain so she'd ask if she should use less pressure and I'd answer yes, but then she'd move on and the pressure would be too strong again. I never felt relaxed at all during my most recent massage. She also couldn't hear me so I had to repeat everything I said multiple times. VERY nice woman and anyone who likes really firm pressure would love her - but it was not for me. Ouch!

I was expecting a little better results with the collagen facial.

I guess it was my first time but it was wonderful I'll be back.

In addition to you not lancing the hard white heads, I got home and had so many visible, easy to remove blackheads that I felt were missed. I easily squeezed them out on my own. Also, I felt like it did not last a full hour, because we started late but ended right on time.
