The massage was just ok-Technique seemed different-i didn't really feel relieved when I left.

Wish I could book appts online or app.

Felt as if my skin was not clean after the cleansing and the mask was too heavy and greasy for my skintype. Still feels greasy and heavy.

Nothing particularly wrong. Satisfied is a good grade.

The front desk seems to be your weak link. They always seem so disorganized and it takes longer than it should to book appointments or buy gift cards. Some times they offer you a drink, sometimes they don't. As your first impression when you enter the business, they should be very welcoming and do their jobs with ease.

My therapist, Mayra, was fantastic. She applied just the right amount of pressure and checked in with me often while still allowing me to relax. The receptionist was very friendly and not at all pushy. She was very knowledgeable of the membership program. I felt very welcome and had a great first experience!

I was satisfied. It wasn't anything special that any of the other places I've been to for a facial. The other places also massaged my neck and neckline

Service is good but may need to relocate and i dont believe this location will be convienant to me for much longer.

I don't like the expectation that I'm to tip the massage therapist. When i've had massages done at other places this was not an expectation. It makes me feel like Hand & Stone does not pay them sufficiently.
