I have had the same therapist for quite awhile now. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She has helped me a lot. I trust her and value her friendship. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and the reception area was welcoming. The massage room was relaxing and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and pretty—I liked the cloth towels. My massage therapist did a great job—he listened to my requests about pressure and problem areas and checked in with me throughout the massage.

Nikki, my massage therapist is great and really helps with my lower back issues. However, I need 90 min sessions to accomplish what I want and you no longer offer 90min bookings online, which is where I like to book. Please add the 90min bookings back to the site for online booking. Thanks

My overall experience was amazing. My first time at Hand & Stone. Marylin was great with me! I’ve been having so much stress and she got those achy knots in my back that have been killing me. I left out of there so relax. Also the receptionist were really friendly and were very thorough with explaining the membership. I am now a member and will be there for my massages and facials. I wish I would of known of this place sooner when I was pregnant! I’m 4 months postpartum.

Robyn is an excellent aesthetician! I’ve been her client for over a year and she has really improved the condition of my skin. She only suggests treatments and products that are appropriate for my skin. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful and sensitive to my comfort and needs. I love my appointments with her.

I like that I can rely on the place to be consistent, my therapist to be excellent at her job and that I know I will feel good when I am finished with my appointment.

Tina was great! Really took the time to ask what my skin type is like and what my skin care routine looks like. Offered great tips about how to best take care of my skin. And gave an amazing facial! Will return for Tina!
